Brian Leach is the founder and co-owner of GCS Flooring Company. Brian established GCS Flooring Company in the spring of 2009 to provide commercial cleaning services and soon after expanded the company to include residential and commercial carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning. Brian’s passion from day one has always been to provide a professional, quality cleaning service that is rooted in high moral integrity and to build life long relationships with his customers.
Born and raised in the mid-west, Brian moved to the valley of the sun in 1994. He currently resides with his wife and their three boys in Surprise, Arizona.

Geno L Haynes is the co-founder and co-owner of GCS Flooring Company, he has been in the commercial cleaning industry since 2005 and, after spending several years as the president and co owner of a large firm, decided to sell his share in 2009 and help create a smaller based commercial cleaning company that could also focus on residential carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning.
A devoted family man, Geno and his wife Kimberly have been married for over 24 years; they have 3 children Malorie, Brendan, and Rhett. He loves riding and racing motocross and spending time on the tennis, and basketball courts with his children.
